The Eurofinance bank issued additional shares, increasing its authorized capital from 0.870bn rubles (about $29.5m) to 1.31bn rubles (about $43.3m), and its equity capital - to 3.5bn rubles (about $118.5m). Among new shareholders of the bank are Slavneft (with a 20% stake) and ALROSA (with a 14% stake), a source in the bank reported to RosBusinessConsulting. As a result of the additional issuing of shares, the shareholder structure of the bank changed in the following way: the share of Gazprominvestholding dropped from 66 to 44%, Vneshtorgbank and the Ufa engine producing factory - from 15 to 10%, and Vneshekonombank - from 0.71 to 0.47%. The result of the additional share issue were submitted to the Central Bank of Russia for registration.
