New Wording Of Law On Media Considered At Press Ministry Session
At its Wednesday session the Press Council of the Russian Press Ministry considered the concept of a new wording of the law On Media and the expediency of making amendments to the law On Advertising. The session participants also discussed practical recommendations on tax collection from the press as of January 1, 2002. The Council recommends to leave intact all the articles of the law On Media and fix the basic status of this document.
