The works on Kursk submarine to last till the end of January

The investigation groups expect to finish the works in the third compartment of the Kursk submarine till the end of January. As Vladimir Mulov, the prosecutor of the Northern fleet said to RIA Novosti, the groups were trying to work as hard as possible. At the same time, like he said, it would take more time to remove the blockade in the third compartment of the sub, and the works in the third compartment were not going to be over in January.

Mulov advised, there would be a break in the works for the time of the New Year holidays, since the members of the investigation groups get tired both morally and physically. The prosecutor of the Northern fleet said, the investigators had found another body and two safes, in which the personal weapon was stored – 60 guns. For the time being, there were 79 dead bodies retrieved from the submarine, 73 of them were identified. The investigators keep finding the documents and personal things in the third compartment. The works are progressing very slow due to the heaps of fractured metal and cold.
