More American victims in Afghanistan

Anaconda 2 could follow
A sad piece of news came from the USA today. Eleven people were killed and 18 were wounded in the capital of the Afghan province of Paktia, the town of Gardez, when the barracks of the international anti-terrorist coalition were shelled with missiles.

The missiles were launched with the help of remote-control devices. Among the victims were also American soldiers; however the exact number has not yet been reported. The injured were delivered to the military hospital of Gardez. The criminals are currently being sought, although nobody has been arrested yet.

The military action in Afghanistan is taking on a long and tough character. Taliban and terrorists are now waging guerrilla warfare; they intended to actively resistance foreign troops.

The activation of guerrillas is allegedly connected with Osama bin Laden’s return to the country. Witnesses say that they saw the prime suspect in the middle of February at one of his secret bases in a remote area of Afghanistan. It was also said that the head of Al-Qaeda was accompanied by 15 bodyguards.

American official sources say that they know nothing about Bin Laden’s fate or his whereabouts. They choose not to comment on the latest event in Gardez. One may come to the following conclusion: we will soon learn about a new US special operation, something like Anaconda 2.
