Six people perished and one was gravely wounded as a result of the crash of a Mi-2 helicopter in Taimyr (the Far North of Russia), the operational officer on duty of the Emergency Situations Ministry of Russia told RIA Novosti on Friday. According to him, the crashed helicopter was found from the air at 7.05 Moscow time. It was found out that six people had perished and one woman had been gravely wounded. A helicopter with medics took off to help her. Communication with the Mi-2 was lost in the morning on Thursday.
