BP employees in Moscow received poisoned mail from Texas

On February 10 BP Moscow office received a letter with suspicious chemical substance. 
About 12 o’clock am mail from Houston, USA was delivered in the office. Four hours later the BP employees sorting the mail got headache and pain in the eyes. A female employee got rash on her hands.

Russian law-enforcers conducted chemical analysis of the office and the mail, but detected no suspicious substances inside the envelops.
 
However, Moscow Main Administration for civil defense and emergency situations, when opening the parcel from Houston the female employee interacted with some caustic chemical. She immediately felt “pain in her eyes and irritation on her hands”. Ambulance and rescue brigades workers treated the woman and took the parcel for research.
Investigation of the incident is in progress.
