Unprecedented love case

While being deeply in love with the local judge, a Romanian man has filed more than a hundred lawsuits just to see the object of his affection more often. Each new meeting stirs up new emotions in him, as though before a romantic date.

47-year-old bachelor from the city of Fosani Sandu Gurgiatu says he fell in love with the judge Elena Lala. “I think it was love at first sight. I fell in love like a kid. Afterwards, when I learned she was married, I did not know what to do,” says Gurgiatu in his interview to the local newspaper. “Suddenly, it hit me! The only place where I could see her often and without any problems is the courthouse. That is why I began studying labor legislation and file lawsuits against my employers. This gave me an opportunity to see Elena almost every week.”

However, the hopeless romantic did not find courage to confess his feelings to the judge. According to him, they only talk about legal matters. Lala in turn, just as any woman, could guess that her client was going crazy about her.

“I feel sorry for this man. I do not find this entertaining. …For me, all people that come to court are equal,” says the impartial judge.
