Inna Novikova, journalist, was born in Omsk.
In 1988 she graduated from the newspaper department of the Department of Journalism of the Moscow State University named agter M.V. Lomonosov. She worked as a correspondent for newspapers Young Siberian, Moscow Pravda, and later in Pravda.
She was the press secretary of the deputy group "New Regional Policy", then - "Regions of Russia". She worked in the field of public relations at companies Renaissance Capital and RAO UES.
