More medals for Russia
After Russia's second Gold medal in the Men's Judo, two more Silvers and a Bronze have been added, bringing the total tally to eight medals. The second Gold came in the Men's Judo, the silvers were in Artistic Gymnastics and weightlifting and the Bronze also in Judo.

Ivan Nifontov got a Bronze medal in the Men's Judo -81 Kg. In the women's weightlifting, 63 Kg. Svetlana Tsarukaeva got the Silver medal and another Silver came in the Women's team gymnastics (Afanaseva, Grishina, Komova, Mustafina, Paseka).
