Rossudostroenie Russian major state ship-building company increased production several times

Ship-building industry in on the rise, said Deputy General Director for Rossudostroenie Mr. Klyachko.
He said this at the meeting with representatives of federal military agencies, Russian government official (including the ones from Security Council and Ministry of Defense) conducted a meeting to hear the reports of the ship-building industry executives. In comparison with 1998, the number of constructed ships increased 2.7 times, and military equipment – 3.5 times. Financial situation of ship-building enterprises became stable, and the state is placing more orders for military production with them. Executives and scientists discussed the proposals on further improving their work efficiency.
