Nepal: government and rebels want to begin second round of talks

The talks between government ministers and Maoist rebel negotiators were expected to be held at a hotel in the capital, Katmandu, on Thursday, the Information Ministry said in a statement, the AP reports.

The first round of talks to end the decade-long conflict was held last month.
