China summons Spain over allegations of killings in Tibet
The councilor of the Spanish Embassy was summoned by the Foreign Ministry on Friday afternoon to discuss the issues but no details of the meeting were immediately available, said spokesman Gregorio Laso, according to the AP.
The ministry would not confirm the summons but condemned the allegations as "slanderous and fabricated."
