At least four Iraqis were killed in separate attacks Saturday in Baghdad and the western city of Fallujah, including a soldier and a policeman, officials said.
One soldier from the Iraqi Army's Lion Brigade was killed and another wounded in a gun fight with insurgents in Baghdad's southern neighborhood of Dora, said police Lt. Maitham Abdul-Razzaq.
Gunmen also shot dead two men _ both civilians _ in separate killings in Dora, said police Lt. Maitham Abdul-Razzaq.
It was unclear if the three attacks were related.
In the western city of Fallujah, a roadside bomb blast in the city center targeted a police patrol, killing one policeman and seriously wounding two others, said Capt. Salah Mohammed, AP reported. V.A.
