Ukraine's president calls for producing nuclear fuel

Ukrainian President &to=http://english.pravda.ru/main/18/90/361/16697_Yushchenko.html' target=_blank>Viktor Yushchenko on Friday said his country should produce its own nuclear fuel for its power plans, part of an effort to reduce its reliance on Russia for energy following a bitter dispute over natural gas prices.
