"We hope that the Moscow round will be final, and the documents will be prepared for signing," the Embassy pointed out. "The conclusion of a political treaty will be a great success and will reflect a high level of the Russian-Romanian relations. Both documents are expected to be signed during the visit to Moscow by Rumanian President Ion Iliescu," said the Embassy.
