Konstantin Totsky, the head of the Russian Frontier Service, will visit Turkey in April 2002, the press service of the Russian Frontier Service reported on Tuesday. The head of the Russian Frontier Service was invited to visit Turkey by Vice-Admiral Yalcin Ertuna, the Commander of the Turkish Coast Guard, who is currently in Moscow on a routine visit. The other day, Totsky and Ertuna held a round of negotiations whose agenda stipulated the exchange of information about the present situation on the Black Sea boarders and the discussion of bilateral and multilateral regional cooperation of coast guards and frontier services of the countries on the Black Sea. This is the first visit of the Commander of the Turkish Coast Guard to Russia. He will stay in Moscow until December 13.
