Die Welt: Edward Snowden talks about aliens

The former US intelligence agency employee Edward Snowden has conducted an interview with an astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson.
Snowden and Tyson talked about space exploration and discussed possible alien invasion to the Earth.
According to the German media, Snowden asserted that the aliens tried to make contacts with us, and in case they decided to contact humankind, we would not even notice it.
The former intelligence officer meant that the higher civilization is, the less probable is their using of uncoded messages.
According to Edward Snowden, our alien neighbours may have more developed communications technologies with their special codes.
