Leonardo DiCaprio has reportedly pulled out of a future project with Gibson that was planned.
The Inception star was set to be in a film directed by Gibson about Vikings. But when asked if he was still going to star in the movie, a source told RadarOnline.com: "Not a chance."
It appears those in the A-lister’s camp are not being shy as to why he will not partake in the project headed by Gibson, as the source added "Leo has earned the right to pick and choose who he works with and Mel Gibson is not one of them," according to The Celebrity Cafe
The Viking film would have been DiCaprio's first project with Gibson, but the unnamed source said that the meticulous actor — who has avoided a major public scandal during his nearly 20-year long career in movies — did not want to risk his reputation by being associated with Gibson.
The untitled Viking movie was being co-produced by Gibson's Icon Productions and was slated to begin shooting in the fall, MTV.com reports.
