Chechen warlord Bassayev claims r4esponsibility for Mocow's blackout

The most notorious Chechen terrorist Shamil Bassayev reminded about himself by taking all responsibility for Moscow’s massive blackout which had happened on Wedensday.

According to Shamil Bassayev, the outage was a result of a terrorist act, organized by the Chechen terrorists. Bassayev claims that he sent out the e-mail on May 27 to a separatist media containing the information that “the militants conducted the successful subversive operation on the territory of Moscow and Moscow region by wrecking power supply system of Central Russia”.
