Deputy Foreign Minister of Syria Siba Naser is expected to arrive in Minsk today for the 10th round of Belarus-Syria ministerial talks on foreign affairs announced Pavel Latushko, the press secretary of the Belorussian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. As Latushko said, Siba Naser would meet with his Belorussian counterpart Vasily Pugachev, Chairman of the National Assembly Vadim Popov and Foreign Minister Mikhail Khvostov. The visit will last until May 9. The participants of the talks will exchange opinions about the situation in the Middle East and coordinate their further interaction in accordance with UN, the Non-Aligned Movement and other international organisations. They will also concentrate on other issues of bilateral interaction ranging from scheduling regular summit meetings to convening Belarus-Syria commerce commission to signing various scientific and medical cooperation agreements.
