Left-Wing Opposition To Hold Meetings And Parades In Moscow

The left-wing opposition will hold Wednesday in Moscow parades and meetings devoted to the 56th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945. Representatives of KPRF, Army-supporting movement, Labor Russia, Soviet officers union and other organizations will hold a procession along the center of Moscow and a meeting. KPRF leader Gennady Zyuganov told the journalists that one of the slogans of participants will be a protest against US plans on NMD system deployment and a condemnation of "star wars" America is preparing for. A number of left-wing radical movements will also hold their procession and meeting, among them VKP(b), RKP-KPSS and some others.
