Moscow city hall deprived of supervising Moscow Militia

There is Another row in Moscow. It looks like the Moscow city administration has finally been pushed aside from managing the capital city’s militia. At least, the city hall’s representatives were barred from attending the annual board meeting of the city’s division of the Interior Ministry held today. Viktor Shvidkin, the acting head of the Moscow militia, is known to be at odds with Moscow mayor Yuri Luzhkov.
