Kazantsev sheltered Gantamirov

Bislan Gantamirov is appointed a head of Grozny administration, Victor Kazantsev, the formal representative of the Russian President in the Southern Federal Okrug announced today after the meeting with Gantamirov and the head of Chechen administration Kadurov. Kazantsev stressed that “in spite of the doubts many people had, the accord is established for a long time, forever”.
