Kuroedov is still ready to retire

Today Russian Navy Commander-in-Chief Vladimir Kuroedov confirmed his willingness to retire because of the “Kursk” submarine’s wreck. In St-Petersburg, answering journalists’ questions, he reminded that he had reported it to the President. Kuroedov says that, to his opinion, he is responsible for the tragedy. “There is one man in the Navy responsible for everything. I am that man”- he claims.
