The bulk of Kursk submarine seen above water

For the first time since its wreck, television viewrs can see the Kursk submarine appearing above the water. In Roslyakovo, the drainage of the submarine is in progress. The entire upper deck is currently positioned above the water, with waves splashing against about a half the height of the sub’s hull. Experts and investigators are already working on the deck, and others are getting ready for work inside the sub. All their actions are being filmed, and some of the footage is to become available for the public. It should be noted that for the public, the sub is being shown exclusively from a distance and from its tail angle. There is no hint of the sub’s prow in these pictures. The navy command has promised to allow journalists onto the Kursk after its complete drainage on the only condition that they should not photograph the sub’s prow.
