Us Secretary Of Defence To Visit Baku This Week's End

US Secretary of Defence Donald Rumsfeld will pay a one-day visit to Baku supposedly on December 15 in the context of his tour of the South Caucasian countries - Azerbaijan, Armenia and Georgia. RIA Novosti was told about it in the US Embassy to Azerbaijan. In the opinion of Azerbaijani experts, the visit by Donald Rumsfeld will be a new starting point in relations between the United States and the countries of this region, and will give a possibility to learn in detail the position of the USA with regard to settling the conflicts there.
