Gazprom Board of Directors to change ways of selling gas in Russia

Gazprom Board of Directors' meeting is scheduled for today. The Board of Directors of the gas giant will consider the issue of changing the existing procedure of selling gas on Russia's domestic market which entails structural changes in Mezhregiongaz. Gazprom Directors will also consider the 2003 cost-cutting program, the gas holding's budget (financial plan) and the investment program. Additionally, the Board of Directors will set the date of holding the company's general shareholders' meeting, its agenda and candidates to Gazprom's Board of Directors and the Revision Commission. The Board of Directors will also make a decision to consider the deals lying within the Board's competence.
