Special services knew about the terrorist acts beforehand - 25 October, 2002

An informed source of PRAVDA.Ru, who preferred to remain anonymous, said the situation with hostages which took place in Moscow was the result of treason of Russian interests.

Low-enforcement bodies received information about some terrorist intentions of Chechen criminals based in Moscow  three or four days before the terrorist act.

Low-enforcers who reported about the possible terrorist act in Moscow at the top level were told they dramatized the situation and therefore provoked extremists to some activities.

Some conclusions could be made from a video-record demonstrated by the Russian television channel TVS. In the video-record, president of so-called Independent Ichkeria, Aslan Maskhadov said: “Soon, such Jihad will break out in Moscow, which will make the devil himself sick. As a result, the Chechen campaign will end.”

That are links of one chain. In this same channel, a Federal Security Service (FSB) official, while answering the question whether the storm will be carried out, said: “For us, the main aim is to rescue people soever, right up to…”
