Sudan: UN Speaks with a forked tongue

The UNO has called for a halt on attacks against civilians in South Sudan but where was the UNO when NATO was sending in mercenaries to Libya, where was the UNO when NATO strafed the Libyan water supply, where was the UNO when NATO targeted Libya's electricity supply?  Where was the UN when the TNC-Terrorist-NATO Cabal was launched against Libya?

The UNO has called for a halt on attacks against civilians in South Sudan but where was the UNO when NATO was sending in mercenaries to Libya, where was the UNO when NATO strafed the Libyan water supply, where was the UNO when NATO targeted Libya's electricity supply. Where was the UNO when Apache helicopters were used by NATO to strafe civilians defending their towns against the TNC (Terrorist-NATO Cabal)?

Francis Deng, Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon's Special Adviser on the Prevention of Genocide, and Edward Luck, Special Adviser on the Responsibility to Protect, has stated to the Sudanese government: "We remind the Government of Sudan of its responsibility to protect its populations - irrespective of their ethnic, religious or political affiliation - from genocide, war crimes, ethnic cleansing and crimes against humanity". This came as a response to the increased violence between the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) and the Sudan Peoples Liberation Movement - North (SPLM - North).

The UNO was quick to report possible crimes against humanity and war crimes, reporting extra-judicial killings, arbitrary arrests and illegal detention, attacks against civilians and looting. So where then was the United Nations Organization when the Terrorist-NATO Cabal was running amok in Libya attacking government property, beheading Negroes in the street, talking about and then carrying out ethnic cleansing?

Where was the UNO when NATO destroyed Libya's water supply pipeline and then bombed the factory producing the pipes? Where was the UNO when NATO sent special forces on the ground against the UN Resolution? Where was the UNO when NATO armed the Terrorist-NATO Cabal against the UN resolution?

Where was the UNO when NATO used Apache helicopters against civilians in Tripoli?

Or is the UNO in fact the mouthpiece of NATO? One thing is certain: NATO and the UN are forked.
