The Ural region of Sverdlovsk has signed a cooperation agreement with the Italian province of Piemont. On behalf of the Sverdlovsk regional administration the document was signed by first vice-premier Veniamin Golubitsky, and of the Piemont government by first vice-governor Gilberto Picchetto Franti, the information office of the Sverdlovsk regional governor reported on Tuesday.
