Russia Contemplates Sports Agreement With Iran
Russia is contemplating an agreement on cooperation in the field of sports and physical culture with Iran. According to the Government Information Department, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov has instructed the State Committee on Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism to conclude this agreement with the Physical Culture Organisation of Iran on the basis of the Russian State Sports Committee's proposal, which was coordinated with the Russian foreign ministry.
