Government may postpone discussion on Energy Strategy
The government may postpone the discussion on the drafted Energy Strategy of Russia for the period until 2020, scheduled for November 14, until a later date, a source in the Economic Development Ministry told RBC. According to the source, the possible postponement is due to the fact that questions dealing with the gas market had not been resolved in the government yet.
Economic Development and Trade Minister German Gref declared earlier this week that the submission of the drafted Energy Strategy to the government had been delayed due to corrections to some parameters of the strategy. Initially, it was planned to submit the drafted strategy to the government this week.
