China's Heilongjiang province will invest $52 billion in Russia by 2020

Heilongjiang will invest $52 billion in Russia by 2020. The Chinese province borders on the Russian Federation and is responsible for a quarter of China's trade with Russia.

In 2012, trade between the Heilongjiang province and Russia augmented by 12 percent, to reach more than $21 billion, new statistics of the province's government informed. Heiljongjiang's trade with neighbouring Russia pertains to the fields of agriculture, energy, forestry, infrastructure and logistics.
