A study done shows that Bush’s well touted tax cuts favor only the rich

Bush’s well touted tax cuts actually raised the tax obligations on middle America, and creates a heavier compulsion on an already overly taxed income bracket. 
Bush has been bantering about all of his tax cuts which are helping his popularity, but, in reality, his tax cuts are anything but tax cuts for mainstream America.  The tax cuts only apply to the rich, people like himself.  When Bush stated he was going to cut taxes, he was not forthright about his true agendas.

A study, requested by congressional Democrats in May, is expected to provide information for the presidential campaign about the true nature of more than $1 trillion in tax cuts Bush has pushed through Congress.
