Head of Russian Government Department for Federal Property dismissed

Moscow court of Basmanny District Vladimir Malin  has satisfied the official request of Russian Office of Public Prosecutor and dismissed Head of Russian Government Department for Federal Property Vladimir Malin.
On February 27 Office of Public Prosecutor brought charges to Malin of abusing the authority resulted in devastating consequences (part 3 of article 286 of Russian Criminal Code).

Mr. Malin has given a written undertaking not to leave a place. He  is being prosecuted within the criminal case on stealing 20 percent of shares of Apatite joint-stock company. Former YUKOS Head Mikhail Khodorkovsky and MENATEP Head Platon Lebedev are also accused of this crime along with variety of other charges brought against them (stealing, fraud, tax evasion and others).
