D Slavovich Ratz: Russian men are not ready to abandon their dominant roles over women RESPONSE

In all of Europe the first country to establish a technical school for women was Russia. 
The first woman civil engineer in the whole world was a Russian.  A woman was already admitted to the University of Petrograd as far back as 1859.  Russian woman is often found as manager and owner of large estates and factories as was the case even in Tsarist Times.  Prior to the Revolution the Russian woman got her degrees alongside with man in universities, held positions as teachers, among them professorships at men's universities, and received a government pension after 20 years of serving.  If she died before her husband, the pension continued during her husband's life.

Today, Russian women make majority of Judges.  They compromise 53% of all voters.  I commend the Duma on it's decision not to add green tape into our society as did the Americans:  Where they estranged and divided women and men against each other.  They don't talk to each other.  Many men often talk behind women's back.  And where some of the successful relationships are where a married guy in a T-shirt says "Old Goose", drinks pepsi and where his concern is how
to finally redeem himself before friends by winning a game on his Play Station while his wife works.

If Russian woman wants to serve in the military, she is free to join the Army as many already did and showed themselves as fine officers.  They are truly Russian women with spirit, and I'm glad our President gave them Perfume on Woman's day.  We are not obligating women to join the service.  We are not even obligating men to join the Great Army, or at least moving in that direction.  More and more men are serving freely for the love of their great Rodina, and less are those that were drafted.  Women are great for Governors (too), although clearly the first time we didn't succeed.  Valentina Matvienko please leave our country.  Go to Britain to your foreign "European" masters.  They have a name for people who "originating in, characterized by, or associated with corrupt bribery".  

It's befitting to close my reply with a poem:  BEAUTY By ANACREON.  Written about 563-478 BC, and we can read it thanks to Thomas Stanley who translated and had good sense to add it to My Member's Edition de luxe of the Bibliophile Library of Literature, Art and Rare Manuscripts one hundred years ago in 1904:
