IAEA admits cooperation with Iran

The draft resolution submitted by the U.K., Germany and France to the IAEA Council of Governors admits Iran's cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency, in particular, in access to all Iranian nuclear objects, a informed source in the IAEA secretariat in Vienna told RIA Novosti.

On the other hand, the draft resolution says that Iran's relations with the agency are not transparent enough.

According to IAEA experts, each representative of 35 member states of the IAEA Council of Governors can submit a draft resolution of their own, therefore the draft forwarded by the U.K., Germany and France is not the last project of this kind.

Analysts believe that an evasive decision on Iranian nuclear programs can be adopted at the forthcoming sessions of the IAEA Council of Governors on June 14-18, however, the so-called Iranian "nuclear file" will be hardly closed.
