Vladimir Putin's state visit to Thailand continues

Vladimir Putin and his wife who are staying in Thailand on a state visit are meeting with king of the country Phumiphon Adunyadet and queen Sirikit in Bangkok on Wednesday, October 22.

Then the Russian president will meet with president of the Supreme Court of Thailand Atthaniti Distha-Amnarj.

After that the head of the Russian state and his wife will visit the national museum of Bangkok.

Besides that, Vladimir and Lyudmila Putin will visit the Support fund which was established by the queen of Thailand to help the poorest strata of the country's rural population.

On the day before the president of Russia held talks with Prime Minister of Thailand Thaksin Shinawatra. A number of documents, among then an agreement on settling Russia's debt to Thailand, was signed in the presence of the leaders.

After the end of his visit to Thailand the Russian leader will fly to Kyrgyzstan where he will hold talks with president Askar Akayev and participate in a meeting of the two countries' business communities and in the formal opening of the Russian air base in Kant.
