A 45th international aerospace show takes start in Le Bourget, Parisian suburbia, tomorrow. President Jacques Chirac visited the exposition today.
As he appeared at the pavilion of the Russian military-industrial complex, the President talked to Russian journalists to highly appreciate bilateral aerospace cooperation, and forecast its ambitious prospects.
The exposition has gathered more than 1,700 corporate exhibitors from 38 countries, with aviation technologies and weaponry on display. Representing Russia are 45 military-industrial companies with an approximate 300 exhibits.
Europe and Russia could come to an agreement on many issues if it had not been for such issues as Ukraine and Crimea.
