British Ambassador to Russia Roderic Lyne will visit Samara and Tolyatti on July 9-10th at the head of the delegation of British businessmen.
As a RIA Novosti correspondent was told in the British Embassy in Moscow, the aim of the visit is to strengthen contacts with the Samara region where the Centre of the British Council is already functioning.
During his stay in Samara, the Ambassador will visit the graduation ceremony at the courses of retraining Russian servicemen, will meet with the leadership of the city and the region and will unveil the memorable board on the building where the British Embassy was temporarily located in the Second World War.
Apart from that, the ambassador will open in Samara the British Alumni Club.
