Russian cargo spacecraft docks with the ISS

The Russian transport spaceship Progress M-46, which blasted off on June 26, docked with the International Space Station on Saturday. It has brought with it over 2.5 tonnes of cargoes for the fifth live-in expedition, which has been at the station since June 6. The expedition is made up of two Russian cosmonauts and woman astronaut from the United States Peggy Whitson.

The space ferry docked with the ISS in an unmanned mode, reports the Mission Control near Moscow.
