The start of the Endeavour shuttle to the International Space Station (ISS) has been fixed for Saturday. The launch of the shuttle which was earlier scheduled for Friday was cancelled in connection with the unfavourable weather conditions. But the prospects that the Endeavour will be able to start on Saturday are still looking as much unfavourable.
According to the preliminary forecasts, the probability that the weather conditions will not allow the space vehicle to be launched on Saturday and Sunday is even higher than on Friday and stands at 70 per cent. The weather forecasters predict that on Friday night when by local time the Endeavour must start from the cosmodrome on Cape Canaveral (Florida state) storm-clouds will gather in this region and it may rain heavily.
