Vladimir Putin confirmed that his "full-scale talks" with US President George W. Bush are scheduled for November. Speaking at the joint press conference with the US leader in Shanghai the head of the Russian state reported that in the course of these talks to be held in the United States it is planned "to discuss Russia-US relations and the world policy issues in detail."
