Kudrin To Fly To G-8 Meeting Tomorrow

Russian Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin will leave for Washington tomorrow to take part in a meeting of G-8 finance ministers and central bank presidents. The main topic of this meeting is measures to stop the financing of international terrorism, and the objective is to hammer out proposals on G-8 joint actions in this direction. Additionally, Kudrin will meet with US Secretary of Commerce Donald Evans and Treasury Secretary Paul O'Neill. The Russian official will also participate in a meeting of the Russian-US Business Council.
