Russian Consulate General Will Be Opened Dubai

Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov has signed instructions on opening a Consulate General of Russia in the city of Dubai /the United Arab Emirates/. As was reported by the Government Information Department, the head of government has charged the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs with conducting negotiations with the Emirate about the establishment of a Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Dubai and, on achieving an agreement, to draw up corresponding documents.
