A delegation of the Russian Emergencies Ministry will take part in the special hearings of the European Parliament on rendering humanitarian aid to Afghanistan slated for today. As RIA Novosti was told in the Emergencies Ministry, deputy minister Yury Brazhnikov will make a report. He will speak about experience of Russia which has been already rendering real humanitarian aid to the population of Afghanistan.
