Russian President Leaves Washington For Houston

President Vladimir Putin of Russia has left Washington DC for Houston, Texas. The presidential plane took off from Andrews Air Force Base, near Washington, to make a landing at the Houston airport in a few hours. When in Houston, the Russian leader is expected to deliver a speech at the Rice University and meet with the academic and business communities of the American South.
