19th Session Of Russian-Belarussian Parliamentary Assembly Postponed

The 19th session of the Russian and Belarussian Parliamentary Assembly (PA) due to be held in St Petersburg on the 21-22 November, has been postponed. This was disclosed in an official statement by a press service representative of the Russian-Belarussian Union to RIA Novosti on Wednesday. The reason for the postponement of the meeting was the failure by the Council of Union Ministers to produce a report on the budget execution in the first six months of the current year and on the 2002 budget.
