Vladimir Putin has signed an instruction in accordance with which Russia's governmental proposal is adopted on signing the Tampere Convention on granting telecommunication resources for softening the consequences of the calamities and performing operations for rendering aid. RIA Novosti was told about it on Wednesday in the press service of the Russian head of state. The Tampere convention was worked out with the participation of the Russian side and was adopted at the Inter-Government Conference on Telecommunications in the city of Tampere /Finland/ on June 18, 1998.
