Russian borderguards confiscate 184.9 kg of drugs on Tajik-Afghan border

In November this year Russian frontier guards have confiscated on the Tajik-Afghan border 184.9 kilos of drugs, including 153.7 kilos of heroin, reports the press-service of the Russian frontier guards in Dushanbe.

In the course of the current month the frontier guards have killed one drug-trafficker and detained two border trespassers. Apart form that, 25 people were detained in November for violating the border regime. The frontier guards have also prevented five attempts to cross over the Tajik-Afghan border.

Six caches with ammunition were discovered and 169 units of ammunition and 37 various mines confiscated during the month of November.
